Ambulatory
This service is provided for individuals who are able to ambulate and who are able to get in and out of a vehicle with minimal assistance. An ambulatory client does not require a wheelchair at any time during transport. Your driver will assist you in getting in and out of the building of your pickup location and destination, whether it is a doctor’s office or your home, and will bring in any belongings you may have with you. Door to Door Service is provided.
Wheelchair
This service is provided for individuals who need or prefer to travel via wheelchair. You and your wheelchair will be securely fastened using ADA-compliant seatbelts and wheelchair securements. Your driver will assist you in getting in and out of the building of your pickup location and destination, whether it is a doctor’s office or your home, and will bring in any belongings you may have with you.
*$25 fee to borrow wheelchair, $50 for bariatric wheelchair (must be pre-reserved)
*A family member or caregiver may accompany client at no extra charge.

Gurney
Gurney clients prefer or require the use of a cot stretcher for travel. You will always have the assistance of two professionals at your side, this includes being transferred onto the gurney safely and comfortably. The gurney is always securely fastened in the vehicle during transport.
Bariatric
Our vehicles are designed to comfortably and safely accommodate patients over 250 lbs. We have bariatric wheelchairs available upon request.

Special Trips
Everyday personal transportation are available to accommodate personal needs. Services include: family events, shopping, errands, banking, hair appointments, airport runs , and more.
